Halloween “Parks On The Air” (POTA)

Hard Labor Creek State Park. A bunch of club members and guests on Sunday, October 31, 2021 gathered for a day of fun as W4H (Wicked 4 Halloween) talked to the world! K-2184 Hard Labor Creek State Park was the filming site for several movies, including Friday the 13th - Part VI. This was a great opportunity to activate THIS park, drawing special attention to it as being one of the filming locations for a classic horror movie series. We operated using the call sign W(icked??)4H(alloween??). The club’s 7300 was set up for all to operate on HF. We made at least 250 QSO's - a big success!
